Each cabin has a maximum number of guests, which will be displayed in the property description when booking.  Please be advised that the number of guests per cabin is strictly enforced.

Although we are pet lovers ourselves, we do not have a pet friendly cabin available currently.

Yes. There is a two-night minimum stay. It should be noted that during some holidays, for example Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day and Christmas etc. there is a 3-night minimum stay.

We are located about 25 to 30 minutes from downtown Hot Springs National Park. Both properties are lakefront and located on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. The cabins are also conveniently located near Lake Ouachita. You can decide which lake you want to explore because of the convenience to both.

We collect 30% upfront and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cards are automatically charged 30% upon making a reservation. The balance will be charged by us 30 days prior to your arrival. We will send you an updated statement and receipt for the transaction. You don’t need to call us unless you need to change out the card information.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please note that unless special permission has been given, no early check-ins are allowed. The cleaning crew must have plenty of time to get everything ready and for that reason the check in and check out times are strictly enforced.
100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in.
Yes. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $120 is required with all reservations.
Yes. The Wi-Fi password will be available to you once you check in. It will be listed in the Welcome Book located inside the cabin.
Yes. The minimum age to rent is 25.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any additional discounts since our nightly stay is already at a competitive price.
